The project concentrates on sporting activities as a means of building an European community able to live and work together despite differences of cultures and abilities:
Aims of the project are to involve pupils with special educational needs in different sporting activities, both new ones and those already well established in the school, then to allow pupils to get together with pupils from other schools for pupils with special educational needs in different European countries, to give them opportunity to communicate on an equal basis, to experience the diversity of European culture and to share their experience with inclusive sports with others schools, and finally to encourage pupils to involve in a sport in their local mainstream environment to reduce the risk of their social exclusion.
